eMOCA has shown substantial growth and development since
it’s inception in 2002.
Over the past year eMOCA's loan book has grown by 34%, and we have
been ranked within the top 3 mortgage aggregators for average
settlement per broker within Australia. eMOCA has shown growth in all
areas of aggregation including settlements, number of brokers and number
of loans.
eMOCA has also been proudly placed in Mortgage Professional Australia's (MPA) Top
10 Mortgage Aggregators within Australia for 3 consecutive years; 2004,
2005, 2006.
With eMOCA’s guidance and support, all of our broker groups
have been able to increase their loan volume and market share, and recruit
more brokers based on the strong infrastructure provided.
Our members have been awarded some of the industry’s highest accolades
including MIAA AMC of the Year 2006, Finalist in Employer of Choice at the
Australian Mortgage Awards and Broker of the Year (greater Auckland) 2005 &
2006. We were also strongly represented by eight members of our group who
made the MPA TOP 100 Brokers of 2006.
